Akosha needed help with the online exprience that they’ve set up for their customers to come and report their complaints on. The tasks for re-design were multi-faceted. Akosha has several kinds of services and FOLO worked on-site with the core team Akosha as we understood all the components of the Akosha experience which needed a re-design to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of the new internet user of a wide agegroup.
